Bush on Hamdan

Via Professor Bainbridge, I point you to a transcript of Bush's remarks on Hamdan in his interview with Larry King, along with comments from international law expert Tony Arend.

Arend, not surprisingly, has a more accurate read on the decision than Bush. But, politically, I prefer to see Bush evasive than engaging in the quasi-fascist counterattack.
